My relationship with the team all started with a networking experience I had with the assistant coach of the team. This led to conversation about how information about the program can be presented to recruits that don’t live in-state in a way that would spark interest and encourage them to take a visit to the campus. During that conversation I also agreed to be a practice player for the team. From that point on I began to get to know the players, coach’s, and staff on the team which allowed me to get insights about the program that I would not have gotten by just putting in a couple of google searches. Having those interactions with the team helped shape the type of content I wanted to include in the project.
